We are absolute waterfront- nothing except Crown Land in front. \n\nPlease advise if you are a couple/s or singles as we lock the additional bedroom doors. This has been necessitated due to misuse.\n\nThe house has a very efficient heater/reverse cycle air conditioner, together with a wood heater which is available during the winter months, May- October inclusive. Fire wood is supplied.
